Note on the graphic directly above
This piece layers a stock photo with the halftone dot pattern and duotone brand colors so photography can sit in the same content series as the fully illustrated pieces without feeling like it was pulled from a different source. It's a way to bring in real imagery when a topic calls for it, without breaking the visual system.

Impact
The templated approach let non-design staff generate on-brand visuals for time-sensitive content without waiting on the design queue. Using the extended palette alongside the core brand colors gave each post visual variety while keeping everything recognizably on-brand, so the graphics never felt like they were reaching outside what the org actually looked like.
